Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Axn Pay, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: If available, shipping costs will be shown and calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damaged Items During Shipping
Axn Pay takes every precaution to package items securely. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. International Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the documented country regions available at checkout. For special international orders, please contact our support team.
